Responsibilities

We are seeking local Superintendents, who are open to travel (when needed) for project assignment. Are you a builder who loves to travel? Is looking to build cutting-edge projects on some of the most prestigious streets and locations in the country for elite national clients? Do you stand above and beyond your peers? Do you help consistently deliver projects on time, on budget, and that exceed client expectations? Shawmut provides our superintendents with the necessary support and resources to excel in their role and make sure all projects are completed to the highest standard.

Las Vegas Base Salary Range : $92,000 to $161,000. The range stated is specific to Las Vegas. Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles) and internal company equity.
