As we accelerate our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a strategic, results-driven Director of Marketing to help lead the charge. This is a rare opportunity to shape the marketing engine of a rapidly scaling home services platform — with a focus on digital lead generation, brand expansion, and team leadership across multiple geographies . You'll work at the intersection of growth strategy and execution, leading a team of regional marketers while rolling out high-performance campaigns that drive measurable revenue impact.

The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen the company’s brand presence, drive business development, and support revenue growth within the construction sector. This role combines deep industry knowledge with creative marketing leadership to position the firm as a trusted partner for clients, subcontractors, and community stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals and growth targets.
• Lead the marketing team, external agencies, and vendor partnerships.
• Partner with executive leadership, business development, and operations teams to ensure marketing supports bid strategy, project pursuits, and client engagement.
