About the Opportunity :

Join a clean, modern dental laboratory focused on quality, technology, and team collaboration. We are hiring an experienced Dental Technical Advisor with removables expertise to lead daily case support and technical oversight across dentures, partials, and other removable prosthetics.

This is a hands-on leadership position that blends communication, quality control, and real-time problem solving. The right candidate will guide technicians, collaborate with dentists, and help ensure each case meets the highest standards of function and esthetics.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily removable case flow and support production teams.
• Communicate directly with dentists on case design, impressions, and fit.
• Evaluate and assign cases to the appropriate technician or department.
• Provide in-lab and chairside support for try-ins, relines, and repairs.
• Review clinical records and update documentation in lab management software.
• Identify workflow issues and resolve them before delays occur.
• Train new technicians on removable workflows and quality standards.
• Monitor remake rates and drive process improvements.
• Conduct final case reviews before delivery to ensure accuracy and quality.
