Core Functions of the Client Account Manager
Manage Verizon 5G business accounts with consistent service delivery, proactive check-ins, and retention strategies that build long-term loyalty.
Recommend Verizon 5G wireless and internet plans tailored to client goals, budget priorities, and performance needs across industries.
Build new sales pipelines through referral networks, digital outreach, and territory-driven campaigns that expand Verizon’s 5G footprint.
Coordinate 5G activations and upgrades by handling documentation, eligibility checks, and internal workflows for seamless implementation.
Track account activity in CRM systems, monitoring service milestones, usage patterns, and customer engagement to guide strategic follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service issues, refine messaging, and uphold Verizon’s standards for reliability, innovation, and client success.
