The Role :

Lumistry  is hiring a Project Manager to lead mission-critical projects for the company. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of the project management lifecycle, including scoping, planning, executing, and reporting. From custom enterprise level software rollouts to SaaS platform product releases to internal efficiency and productivity enhancements, this role will support a variety of projects across all aspects of our business.

The successful candidate will :

• Deliver results and outcomes that are aligned with our mission, our objectives, and the expectations of our stakeholders
• Build strong, mutually-beneficial relationships with key partner functions in the organization, including Product, Engineering, Sales , Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and more
• Demonstrate a passion for becoming an expert in our domains – our products, technology, company, and customers
• Continuously increase the overall project execution capabilities of our organization by establishing necessary processes, documenting best practices, and learning from others
• Be accountable for implementing the learnings from projects that are successful and those that yield opportunities for improvement
• Inspire, influence, and empower teams across the organization to work collaboratively towards achieving project objectives
• Instinctively and proactively identify, evaluate, and resolve roadblocks and risks that impact project delivery
• Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and agile environment
