Job descriptionManage subcontractors and trades to ensure flawless execution of high-end finishes, structural work, and MEP systems . Maintain strict adherence to safety standards, schedules, budgets, and quality expectations. Act as the main point of contact with clients, architects, and designers , ensuring alignment with vision and specifications. Drive projects from start to final handover , ensuring an exceptional homeowner experience. 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in custom luxury residential construction (not production / spec homes). Proven track record overseeing high-end homes of at least 10,000 SF . Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage trades, schedules, and budgets. Deep knowledge of high-end finishes, structural systems, and MEP coordination. Professional, client-facing, and detail-driven, with excellent communication skills.
