As a member of the ADP Estimating and Pricing organization, this individual will play a key role in analyzing and developing proposals to support program growth and success, with primary responsibilities including :

• Analyzing proposal requirements, managing milestones and deadlines, negotiating contractual positions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and government customers, and ensuring compliance with estimating policy, federal regulations and maintaining a compliant estimating systems.
• Developing, analyzing, reviewing, and obtaining approval of labor estimates, including identifying comparative historical data, and developing Cost Estimating Relationships (CERs).
• Leading high-impact proposal efforts and business cases, developing and executing bid and negotiation strategies, and collaborating with Program leadership.
• Conducting fact-finding, audits, and negotiations with external customers.
• Presenting estimate / proposal data to management for approval.
• Performing special assignments as needed.
• Occasional overtime (including weekends) may be required to meet deadlines and ensure the success of proposal efforts.

Your ability to interpret requirements, build Cost Estimating Relationships (CERs), and present data-driven recommendations demonstrates both technical depth and business acumen. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with cross-functional teams, program leadership, and government customers to align on priorities and ensure successful outcomes. Experience with proposal systems, such as SAP, APTS, and ProPricer

Comprehensive written & oral communication skills

Proficient with MS Office / Excel / PowerPoint and Tableau

Experience with data analytics & data analysis functions

Pay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
