Collections Support Specialist

Location Fort Worth, TX | Hybrid

Compensation & Schedule

  • $20–$22 / hr
  • Monday–Friday 7–4, 8–5, or 9–6; Saturday rotation 8–12 with flex
  • W2 Contract
  • Start Date : 12 / 01 / 2025

ROLE IMPACT

Join a dynamic collections team supporting a major transition effort through Q3 2026. This role provides exposure to multiple functions within the collections department, offering valuable experience and cross-training opportunities. Flexibility, adaptability, and accountability are key to succeeding in this hybrid support role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support multiple functions within the collections department based on shifting team needs
  • Implement feedback and performance adjustments in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain accurate records and follow standard operating procedures for account handling
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams and adapt to role changes as needed
  • Participate in a rotating Saturday schedule with adjusted weekday hours

    • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ year administrative or call center support experience
  • Ability to work independently and meet productivity benchmarks
  • Quiet, dedicated home workspace with reliable internet
  • Must be flexible to switch roles or responsibilities within the collections team

    • CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Internal CRM or collections platform (training provided)
  • Secure internet access via hardwired connection if Wi-Fi is unstable

    • PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Demonstrated adaptability in changing work environments
  • Strong communication and follow-through in a hybrid work model
  • Prior experience in collections or finance operations
