LaSalle Network is hiring an Operations Coordinator for our client in Itasca. This hybrid position supports day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring shipments move efficiently and communication stays consistent across drivers, dispatchers, and customers. Candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments and have experience in logistics, brokerage, or dispatch will be successful in this role.

Operations Coordinator Responsibilities :

• Track and record shipment status updates throughout the day
• Communicate with drivers by phone to confirm load details and required documentation
• Manage inbound and outbound messages with customers and carriers via email
• Collaborate with dispatchers and account managers to address delivery updates and issues

Operations Coordinator Requirements :

Note : The two available shift options are M-F 6AM 3PM and M-F 1PM 10PM.
