Role Description
We’re looking for a versatile, creative, and self‑motivated Marketing Specialist to support Mach Two’s marketing initiatives on a part‑time, contract basis. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys a variety of marketing activities and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. The role involves working directly with senior leaders on projects that may include branding, digital campaigns, content creation, and client marketing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage digital marketing content across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, website, email, etc.)
- Design visuals, social media graphics, and marketing collateral using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Assist in website updates, landing page design, and campaign optimization
- Develop and schedule email marketing campaigns using HubSpot or similar tools
- Support video content creation and light editing for promotional or educational use
- Help analyze and report on campaign performance using analytics dashboards
- Collaborate with leadership on brand storytelling and marketing strategy development
- Maintain consistency with Mach Two’s brand standards and tone across all media
Ideal Candidate
