We are seeking new graduates & seasoned Attorneys to join our team of professionals. Our medical malpractice defense attorneys work closely and responsively with physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, and other facilities & medical experts to address the specific individual needs of each client.

Primary Responsibilities :
Represent clients in medical malpractice litigation cases with an exceptional level of professionalism and efficiencyCommunicate with insurance carriers in a professional and timely mannerDraft, review, and revise legal motions, briefs, and other court filingsAttend court hearings, depositions, expert reviews and mediations to advocate on behalf of clientsProvide legal counsel and guidance to clients throughout the litigation processConduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with applicable lawsManage all aspects of discovery, including drafting requests, responding to inquiries, and analyzing evidenceCollaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategiesEvaluate medical records and clearly and concisely report to the multiple medical carriers that we represent as to the allegations, claims, and available defensesMaintain current knowledge of relevant laws and legal precedents impacting personal injury defenseWork closely with partners and coworkers to ensure case management and client satisfactionSuccessful Candidates Must Have :
Active New York law license OR pending admission to NY Bar AssociationDemonstrated ability to draft, file, and argue motions and briefs effectivelyExposure and experience in managing complex discovery processes, including electronic discoveryStrong research skills and the ability to analyze legal issues thoroughlyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to work both independently and as part of a teamCommitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards in legal practice
