Minimum qualifications : Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree. Preferred qualifications : MBA, graduate degree, or equivalent experience in technical, quantitative, or business field. 6 years of relevant work experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory. Distinctive problem-solving skills combined with impeccable business judgment and experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives. Demonstrated ability to lead senior cross-functional stakeholders / partners and influence executive decision making, while navigating complex organizational dynamics. Excellent written / verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and comfort with large data sets. As an Agency, Platforms & Client Solutions (APCS) StratOps Lead, you will be responsible for cross-functional operating practices and delivering transformational initiatives that are foundational to the success and growth of the team. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders as well as cross-functional partners across GTM, LCS, Finance, Marketing, etc. in order to drive scaled strategy and execution. This is a great opportunity to solve complex problems, drive senior-level decision making, and deliver impactful change for Google's largest commercial business. The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
