WiSC Enterprises provides full-spectrum program and project management services to support operational and development tasks across multiple task orders. These services are designed to ensure effective execution of all contract requirements through structured planning, coordination, and oversight.

Responsibilities

Key activities include :

Program Oversight : Deliver end-to-end management for contracts and task orders, including strategic planning, coordination, control, and execution of efforts. Serve as the primary point of contact for technical and contractual matters.

Project Planning & Control : Develop and maintain project plans, schedules (IMS), and work breakdown structures (WBS). Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Performance Monitoring : Track and assess internal cost, schedule, and technical performance metrics. Provide recurring status updates and financial reporting to stakeholders.

Subcontractor Coordination : Manage subcontractor performance and integration to ensure aligned execution of deliverables and compliance with all contract requirements.

Documentation & Reporting : Prepare and submit all required program documentation, including management plans, trip reports, performance assessments, final reports, and continuity summaries.

Compliance & Governance : Ensure adherence to all applicable travel regulations, security requirements, and performance reporting standards, including self-assessments for performance evaluations.

Required Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)

Clearance : Active TS / SCI required

Experience :

5+ years of experience in project or program management (DoD / IC experience strongly preferred)

Proven ability to manage cost, schedule, and performance across complex task orders

Experience with subcontractor coordination and reporting requirements (e.g., CPARS, PMRs)

Certifications : PMP or equivalent preferred

Skills :

Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, WBS, IMS)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with government travel regulations, contract reporting, and classified material handling

Other : U.S. Citizenship and willingness to travel as needed
