The Senior Project Manager provides leadership for project-level execution across complex IT, cyber, and federal programs. This role ensures technical integration, schedule alignment, and risk management across multiple workstreams while directly supporting enterprise mission objectives. The Senior Project Manager drives disciplined execution, enforces best practices, and serves as a critical link between technical teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities :

• Lead all aspects of project execution, integrating technical, schedule, and resource planning to meet mission requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed work breakdown structures, integrated master schedules, and interdependency tracking.
• Facilitate Agile program delivery by leading sprint planning, backlog prioritization, Agile ceremonies, and milestone reviews.
• Coordinate requirements gathering across stakeholders, ensuring alignment of technical and program objectives.
• Provide proactive reporting of project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to the Program Manager and government leadership.
• Establish and enforce risk, issue, and change management processes across assigned workstreams.
• Mentor project team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Represent the project in executive forums, communicating technical and operational progress with clarity and precision.
