What You’ll Do :
Provide high-quality, client-centered individual therapy (in-person and via telehealth) to a diverse outpatient caseload.
Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain timely clinical documentation.Provide a minimum of 8 client contact hours per week.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.Uphold the highest clinical standards in accordance with BAMSI, DPH, DMH, and CARF regulations.What You Bring :
Licensure : Must be eligible to apply for independent licensure within 2 years.Education : Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related clinical field.Skills :Sensitivity to cultural diversity.
Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and maintain a flexible caseload.Requirements : Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to community sites.Flexible
