Job description

The surgery and outpatient center includes 4 operating rooms and 2 procedure rooms, supporting over 7,000 procedures each year.

Details :

  • Join a committed team of 8 CRNAs at an award-winning hospital just minutes from the Twin Cities
  • Enjoy a 1 : 4 MDA-to-CRNA medically directed practice model
  • Choose from flexible 8- or 10-hour shift options
  • Take part in a 1 : 8 call rotation, with the option to offset two half days around your call for better work-life balance
  • Experience a diverse case mix including general surgery, gynecology, podiatry, high-volume total joints, urology, ophthalmology, and endoscopy (no cardiac, neuro, or pediatric cases)
  • Collaborate with top-tier surgeons in a collegial and supportive environment
  • Engage in teaching and mentoring CRNA students during their clinical training on-site

Compensation / Benefits :

  • Competitive salary range of $300,000 to $320,000, depending on experience and additional call / call-back hours
  • Option to pick up extra call shifts for increased earning potential
  • Generous sign-on bonus, training stipend, relocation assistance, and CME stipend
