Key Responsibilities :
Community Engagement : Build relationships within the community to educate families on pre-planning decisionsAppointment Setting : Master the art of setting appointments and delivering impactful pre-planning presentationsContract Management : Use our proprietary software, Navigator, to complete contracts accurately and efficientlySales Tracking : Monitor all sales activities and performance metrics to identify strengths and areas for improvementFollow-Up : Utilize Velocify to track contacts and ensure timely, professional follow-upsProspecting : Employ various methods such as cold calling, door knocking, mailers, seminars, and community events to generate leadsCustomer Service : Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude and a commitment to doing “whatever it takes”Industry Knowledge : Stay informed about relevant topics, including veterans’ benefits, social security, and end-of-life decisionsPreferred Qualifications :
2+ years of direct or in-home sales experience2+ years of public speaking and presentation experienceRequired Qualifications :
