Responsibilities :

• Operate office equipment : scanning, printing, copying, and mailing
• Collect daily mail from the Post Office
• Distribute incoming mail and packages (FedEx, UPS)
• Prepare and send outgoing mail and shipments (FedEx, UPS)
• Stock and maintain copy / printer stations with supplies
• Deliver in-office mail and packages hourly
• Assist with trial prep : copying, binder setup, conference room setup
• Perform copier maintenance : service calls, toner / paper orders, troubleshooting
• Set up and clean conference rooms
• Maintain cleanliness and stock in the lounge
• Coordinate courier deliveries and make local pickups / drop-offs
• Support special event setup and cleanup
• Manage office and kitchen supply inventory and ordering
• Provide receptionist coverage as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Pay : $20-22 / hr
