Legal Clerk - Miami

Responsibilities :
- Operate office equipment : scanning, printing, copying, and mailing
- Collect daily mail from the Post Office
- Distribute incoming mail and packages (FedEx, UPS)
- Prepare and send outgoing mail and shipments (FedEx, UPS)
- Stock and maintain copy / printer stations with supplies
- Deliver in-office mail and packages hourly
- Assist with trial prep : copying, binder setup, conference room setup
- Perform copier maintenance : service calls, toner / paper orders, troubleshooting
- Set up and clean conference rooms
- Maintain cleanliness and stock in the lounge
- Coordinate courier deliveries and make local pickups / drop-offs
- Support special event setup and cleanup
- Manage office and kitchen supply inventory and ordering
- Provide receptionist coverage as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
High School diploma or equivalentMinimum 2 years of experience in customer service, reception, or related fieldsStrong verbal communication and interpersonal skillsBasic knowledge of administrative and clerical systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteFlexibility for occasional overtime and schedule adjustmentsPay : $20-22 / hr
