What You'll Do :

Manage general ledger activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting

Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls

Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes

What We're Looking For :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

3+ years of accounting experience (experience in life sciences or manufacturing a plus)

Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting

Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel

Detail-oriented, analytical, and a problem-solver
