Qualifications :

6+ years Project / Program Management experience delivering large, cross functional technology projects

Must demonstrate significant organizational skills and can lead projects from conception through implementation

Experience managing project budgets >

$5M

Strong Leadership qualities and excellent interpersonal skills

Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills, including an ability to clearly communicate with leadership, business stakeholders, and Technology teams

Excellent facilitation skills

Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies including SAFe, Kanban, and Scrum

Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Confluence

Solid experience working with VersionOne, Jira, and similar tools

Additional desired qualifications :

Supply Chain ERP, WMS, and Transportation experience
