eCommerce Customer Service Representative
Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio is hiring customer service associates for our eCommerce team at our Cleveland warehouse.
As part of Goodwill's eCommerce operation, you will be part of a fast-growing team dedicated to maximizing the value of our donations.
Our team supports Goodwill's job skills training and employment services mission by identifying valuables and selling them online.
As a customer service representative, you must have computer skills and the ability to respond to customers inquiries through email.
Essential Functions
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and customer-centric fashion
- Update online listings with additional information for our customers as needed
- Answer phone calls from customers and outside vendors
- Authorize refunds to customers following guidelines provided by eCommerce management
- File shipping claims with shipping carriers as needed
- Prepare orders for local pickup customers
- Other duties as assigned
