Salary : $208,000 – $220,000 annually

About the Role :
As a Family Medicine Physician, you’ll provide a full range of primary care services including diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and care coordination. You will serve as a lead clinical member of the care team, collaborating with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other team members to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the care team in clinical decision-making and provide supervision to NPs and PAsConduct physical exams and detailed patient historiesDiagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of conditionsPrescribe medications in accordance with NY State guidelinesPerform minor surgical proceduresRefer patients for specialty care as neededReview labs, imaging, and other patient data, ensuring timely follow-upDocument all encounters thoroughly and accurately in the EHRAdhere to scheduling and productivity standardsParticipate in community outreach and off-site programsFollow infection control policies and support compliance among staffEngage in peer review and quality assurance initiativesAttend staff and provider meetings, and assist with updating clinical protocolsMaintain an unrestricted New York medical license and active DEA certificationMaintain board certification in your specialty and stay current through CMEWhat You Bring :
