What you will be doing : As an Eligibility Technician 2 (ET2) in the Long-Term Care Unit, you will undergo formal training on various programs managed by the Division. The ET2 is expected to demonstrate extensive knowledge, proficiency, and the ability to work independently and efficiently while managing a diverse and sizable caseload under general supervision. They will develop expertise in program policies, enabling them to make independent, complex eligibility decisions and apply their understanding of multiple program manuals to ensure eligibility criteria are met across various programs.
