Job descriptionBecome an expert in your specialized area of focus. Participate in regular training sessions covering the full commercial real estate deal cycle. Learn the fundamentals of prospecting, outreach, and cold calling. Shadow agents during meetings, pitches, and property tours. Gain exposure to marketing strategies, lead generation, and pipeline development. Work alongside high performers who move fast and expect excellence. This is an action-driven , high-intensity environment designed to prepare you to become and succeed as a full-time agent. The expectation is for top performers to transition into a full-time CRE Agent role at ELIFIN®, where income potential is uncapped and tied directly to your results. This program is built for people already licensed or obtaining their license during the program , and who want to hit the ground running with real skills, mentorship, and momentum.
