Job description
A company is looking for a Utilization Review Clinical Liaison.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for 1st level utilization review (UR) cases
Coordinate 2nd level escalations based on 1st level protocols
Assist with triaging incoming cases, assessing urgency, and routing appropriately
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment
Familiarity with medical terminology and patient scheduling or triage coordination
Strong organizational skills
Experience in patient scheduling or triage coordination
