Job description
A 239-bed facility is seeking an interventional cardiologist for locum tenens coverage. Northern Utah is full of beautiful views and fun activities including hiking, biking, rock climbing, and more! While on assignment, visit Snow Canyon, Butterfly Trail, and Jenny's Canyon! The clinician will cover ER call coverage only and will be on call for interventional and primary call during this timeframe. The support staff consists of a 3-person 24/7 call team. A practice EMR is used at the facility. Daily staffing includes staff to operate two labs on Monday - Wednesday and one lab Thursday - Friday. Skills needed will be interventional cardiology, echocardiogram, and TEE. Dates Needed: December 20th through December 27th Call Ratio/Schedule: 24/7 Interventional Cardiology Call Case Load/PPD: 12 PPD Shift Type: 24-Hour Call Assignment Type: ER Assignment Duration: Locums Call Required: Yes Board Certification Required: Yes Prescriptive Authority Required: Yes Patient Population: All Ages Support Staff: 3 person 24/7 call team.
