A company is looking for an RN Telephonic Patient Support professional to provide remote clinical guidance and assistance to patients in specialized health programs.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver compassionate telephonic support to patients regarding treatment programs and disease management
Conduct scripted medical screenings and follow protocols to identify clinical needs and escalate concerns
Accurately document patient interactions and collaborate with clinical teams to enhance patient engagement
Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in FL, TX, GA, NC, PA, OH, IL, or TN
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is required
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
Prior experience in telephonic patient support, case management, or non-clinical nursing administration is preferred
Proficiency with computer systems and virtual communication platforms
