Lead Okta IAM Enginer

Growing company is seeking an Lead Okta Engineer to join the Enterprise team that oversees many platforms!

What tools do you need to have?

Level of platform experience :

Okta - Deep understanding of complex configuration (Consultant level)

Google Workspace - medium understanding of complex configuration

Slack - medium understanding of Enterprise Grid

Jira - medium understanding of Jira, Confluence and JSM

Ability to work with APIs and in different languages

Key abilities :

Conceptually understand and visualize business processes and platforms connecting 8 disparate brands from a 30k foot level

Ability to double click on any area of current architecture or process and delve down into the details for thorough understanding

Identify areas for betterment of process flow or architecture and visualize, communicate and potentially lead the path to resolution

Solve and implement unique business requests with input from Stakeholders, sometimes in very creative ways

Guide important directional decisions on critical portfolio wide projects

Strong pattern recognition and problem solving

Communicate at any level of the org to explain technical ideas (sometimes in a not so technical way)

What you'll be working with :

• ? IGA platforms (OIG, Opal, etc)
• ? Workflow configuration tools (Okta, Windmill, Opal etc)
• ? Policy configuration tools (OIG, Opal, etc)
• ? Self Service Access Request tools (Okta, Opal, etc.)
• ? Okta identity platform
• ? App access provisioning - SCIM, API, Workflows (like Okta) CSV files
• ? Workday as a master
• ? Active Directory

Required Skills :

Required Experience :

Okta Certified Consultant

Working knowledge of JAMF and Workspace One

Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)

5 years of project management experience at the enterprise level

2 years of architect experience

15 years of IT experience
