JOB DESCRIPTION : CREW
Summary :
Love food? So do our guests! Crew Members ensure each guest receives delicious food and fast friendly service.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Greet guests and provide friendly, courteous and prompt service
- Suggest value-added menu items to generate additional sales opportunities
- Enter orders into Point of Sale system, process payments and make change quickly and accurately
- Prepare and package food and drink products
- Perform duties at multiple work stations
- Verify order accuracy and deliver to guest
- Respond to guest needs in professional and polite manner
- Maintain a safe and clean restaurant
- Comply with all safe food handling rules
- Unload and stock inventory as needed
- Follow uniform and grooming standards and policies
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
Skills and Qualifications :
Ability to follow directions, work in a fast paced, guest responsive environmentAbility to work in a team environment and communicate with associates, management and guests.Ability to stand and walk for duration of shiftMinimum lifting, pushing and pulling of 50 poundsPushing, bending, stooping, walking, upward reaching, manual dexterity, seeing, hearing, writing, typing, verbal communication.Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and / or holidaysAge requirements may apply in order to remain in compliance with State and Federal lawsBenefits :
