Head Of Growth
We are seeking a strategic and driven Head of Growth to architect and scale the pipeline engine that fuels Workvivo's continued expansion. In this high-impact leadership role, you will be responsible for building and leading a cross-functional team across Digital Demand Generation, BDR / SDR, and Field Marketing, with a shared mission to generate qualified pipeline, accelerate revenue growth, and enable long-term scalability. This role goes beyond traditional demand gen. You will own pipeline creation across multiple channels, directly manage both Marketing Demand and the Outbound BDR org, and act as a trusted partner to Sales and Executive Leadership. The ideal candidate is both a strategic operator and hands-on builder. Someone who thrives in high-growth SaaS environments, builds high-performing teams from scratch, and delivers measurable outcomes with speed and precision.

Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Leadership
- Building and executing the global pipeline generation strategy aligned with Sales priorities and revenue targets
- Leading a high-performing team across demand generation, outbound BDR, ABM, lifecycle marketing, and field
- Collaborating closely with brand, content, product marketing, and marketing ops teams to drive unified execution
- Partnering with sales leadership to align growth programs with coverage models, segmentation, and pipeline goals
Digital Demand Generation
Owning all digital growth programs including paid media, SEO / SEM, retargeting, lifecycle, and conversionBuilding scalable campaign frameworks that target enterprise buyers and accelerate funnel velocityEnsuring campaigns are optimized for ROI, pipeline contribution, and revenue impactBDR / SDR Leadership
Building and managing a high-performing outbound BDR / SDR teamDefining outbound strategy, KPIs, coaching frameworks, and campaign alignmentDriving coordination between BDRs and marketing campaigns to maximize SQL conversionField Marketing & Events
Executing regional programs, customer events, and executive roundtables to drive targeted demandSupporting strategic ABM efforts in collaboration with Sales for key accountsEnsuring field activities align with overall growth objectives and are measurable against pipeline targetsSales Partnership
Serving as a trusted partner to Sales, ensuring alignment on pipeline goals, lead quality, and conversionTranslating growth metrics into clear business impact and providing weekly pipeline forecastsBeing proactive at identifying pipeline gaps and creating campaigns to close themMeasurement & Optimization

Have 710+ years of experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environmentsHave a proven track record owning pipeline strategy and delivering measurable ARR impactHave deep expertise across digital marketing, paid media, ABM, lifecycle, outbound, and funnel conversionHave hands-on experience building and scaling BDR / SDR teams and outbound growth programsHave experience working in a global, matrixed organization with cross-functional marketing and sales alignmentHave strong data-driven mindset you measure everything, speak in numbers, and act on insightHave excellent leadership skills builds high-performing, high-trust teams that people want to followHave exceptional communication and stakeholder management keeps executives aligned, focused, and informedSalary Range or On Target Earnings : Minimum : $150,800, Maximum : $329,900. In addition to the base salary and / or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note : Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
