Job descriptionHourly Rate : $40-$55 Ability to Work a Flex Schedule (i.e., 4-day work week) Company Vehicle Paid Sick and Vacation Time : Up to 4 Weeks Based on Length of Service Paid Holidays : 7 Yearly Bonus Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance : 50% Company Paid Term Life Insurance : 100% Company Paid Company Matched Retirement Plan : 3% of Earnings Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and Accident Insurance Offered 100% Paid License Renewal Fees Clothing Allowance : $300 / annually Tool Purchase Program 100% Paid Continuing Education for Plumbing License Paid Training and Development Perform service and maintenance on complex hydronic systems, controls, and equipment, including but not limited to boilers, radiant heating and floors, zone valves, and geothermal heating. Service, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install water heaters, tubs, toilets, sinks, faucets, showers, various valves, pipes, drains, water filtration, etc. Perform preventative maintenance to bring the system to product design specifications and operate with maximum efficiency. Demonstrate good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals. You have a current MA master or journeyman plumbing license Current MA driver's license in good standing Enjoy and thrive in a positive environment Team player Strong communication skills
