Job descriptionHourly Rate : $40-$55 Ability to Work a Flex Schedule Company Vehicle Paid Sick and Vacation Time : Up to 4 Weeks Based on Length of Service Paid Holidays : 7 Yearly Bonus Health, Dental and Vision Insurance : 50% Company Paid Term Life Insurance : 100% Company Paid Company Matched Retirement Plan : 3% of Earnings Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and Accident Insurance Offered 100% Paid License Renewal Fees Clothing Allowance : $300 / annually Tool Purchase Program 100% Paid Continuing Education for Plumbing License Paid Training and Development Design, layout, install, and service plumbing, heating, and gas systems Ability to install and service hydronic systems is a plus Provide excellent client service to residential customers Perform scheduled maintenance service on plumbing, heating, and gas systems Perform all work according to MA plumbing, building, and gas code Follow all the manufacturers specifications for the installation of all equipment and fixtures You have a current MA master or journeyman plumbing license Current MA driver's license in good standing Enjoy and thrive in a positive environment Team player Strong communication skills
