Director, Program Management

Leadership Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of program and project managers as required or needed
• Other leadership duties as required by the VP of Engineering or the Chief Technology Officer.

Program Leadership Responsibilities :

• Leads, plans, and coordinates cross-functional efforts to develop and launch successful new products.
• Hands-on project leadership to meet business and technical requirements.
• Experience in identifying inter-dependence and hand-offs to craft comprehensive project plans and scheduling.
• Regularly reports on performance of the project, including weekly status reporting, monthly presentations, and stage / gate or change requests to ensure full stakeholder engagement.
• Expert in the stage / gate and NPI processes to provide training and mentoring as needed.
• Supports efforts to continually evolve the project and program management processes to incorporate lessons learned and adopt contemporary best practices.
