A company is looking for a State & Court Program Development Manager to drive growth and compliance in driver safety programs.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve growth in court program adoption and increase stakeholder engagement through strategic implementation

Ensure compliance with state laws and enhance training effectiveness by updating curricula based on feedback and statistics

Support marketing campaigns and provide insights through analysis of program performance and market intelligence

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in program development, regulatory alignment, and stakeholder engagement

Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Safety, Business Administration, or related field, or 6+ years of equivalent experience

Experience collaborating with courts and regulatory bodies for program approvals

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and intermediate Excel skills

Sales and business development experience to support program expansion
