We are seeking a Lead React.js Web Developer w / Java 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in React Js and Java and will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver impactful results.

You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Location : Columbus, OH - Plano,TX Onsite position, 5 days a week at the office.

Responsibilities

• Looking for a strong REACT JS web developer.
• Should have hands on expertise in REACT UI build and WEB development related concepts.
• Should be aware of REACT JS concepts like REDUX, hooks etc., Must be able to debug any errors / issues in the web application developed / enhanced.
• Should be able to understand the approaches discussed and implement them properly from the given UI framework.
• Should be well versed with HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.
• Should be able to debug and solve any technical issues faced
• Should be able to understand the client requirements and get it executed within estimated time

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $81,3372K – $141,500K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
