Job description

Title : Lead UI / UX developer

Location : Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Duration : 12 Months with possible extension

Local candidates only. Interview will be in person.

Day to Day job Duties :

Developing and implementing responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js.
Collaborating with UI / UX designers to translate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into high-quality, functional code.
Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI / UX designs and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use and maintaining existing codebases.
Integrating with backend APIs and ensuring seamless data flow within the application.
Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing front-end issues and performance.
Staying informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in front-end development and React.
Participating in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.

Technical Proficiency :

Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles (e.g., components, state, props, hooks).

Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Context API, or similar.

Familiarity with front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).

Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

Required Skills :

Minimum 5+ years of experience implementing responsive and interactive user interfaces

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering

Nice to Have; (But not a must)

Project lead experience
