General Position Summary :

The Senior Client Accounting and Advisory Services Advisor is a member of the firms accounting and advisory team. This role is responsible for managing client engagements, overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, and delivering industry-specific financial insights that help our clients improve profitability, manage cash flow, and ensure compliance. This is a hybrid role based in our Camas office, with required travel to client sites formeetings, presentations, and project work.

Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities :

• Project manages a portfolio of Client Accounting and Advisory Services clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of monthly accounting, financial reporting, and advisory services.
• Lead onboarding of new clients, including system implementations, process design, and data migration.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and KPI dashboards tailored to client needs.
• Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights and recommendations to help clients improve operations, cash flow, and profitability.
• Identifies client's needs / opportunities in order to sell / cross-sell products or services.
• Builds and nurtures strong working relationships with clients management and peer client levels.
• Advises and coaches team members, provides consistent recognition and encouragement to team members and sets an example by demonstrating high energy levels and enthusiasm.

Supervisory Responsibility :

Position mentors Client Accounting and Advisory Services Associates and Senior Client Accounting and Advisory Services Associates.

Education and / or Experience :

Requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years internal accounting experience and a minimum of 2 years of people management.
