Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator

Staffmark is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator who can confidently support a diverse workforce, manage critical HR functions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go-to person for HR support-both on the ground and in collaboration with international teams.

Schedule : Monday - Friday | 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM

Pay : $28.00 / hour

What You'll Be Doing :

• Process payroll accurately using ADP Workforce Now
• Manage employee benefits, assist with open enrollment, and respond to benefits-related inquiries
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and support onboarding / offboarding processes
• Provide support and guidance to employees in both English and Spanish
• Act as the Safety Coordinator, ensuring compliance with all site safety standards
• Collaborate with HR teams at the Mexico facility on shared initiatives
• Assist with updating employee handbooks, HR documentation, and internal communications
• Support front desk operations, phones, and general administrative tasks as needed
