Are you ready to drive your career forward? We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll support key HR functionsincluding compliance, benefits administration, employee data management in Paylocity, payroll processing, and general systems administration. The ideal candidate has proven expertise in HRIS / payroll systems and employment law.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field - preferred24 years of experience in Human Resources, HR coordinator, or HR generalist - preferredDemonstrated knowledge and understanding of HR compliance and employment lawsStrong command of integrated HRIS / payroll systemsProficient in Paylocity - strongly preferredIntermediate / Advanced EXCEL skills for report creationFamiliarity with payroll processes and benefits administrationHigh level of discretion and confidentialityHighly organized and superior communication skillsProactive and collaborativeAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentKey Responsibilities
Compliance & Policy AdministrationEnsure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in accordance with legal requirementsAssist with audits and reporting related to HR complianceBenefits AdministrationSupport open enrollment processes and new hire benefits onboardingServe as a point of contact for employee benefits questions and issue resolutionWork closely with brokers and carriers on eligibility, enrollments, and changesHRIS & Data ManagementMaintain employee data within Paylocity, ensuring accuracy and confidentialityGenerate HR reports and analytics as neededAssist with system upgrades, enhancements, and process improvementsPayroll SupportAssist with semi-monthly payroll processing in Paylocity, including timesheet validation and reportingHelp ensure timely and accurate payroll submissions and compliance with wage and hour lawsGeneral HR SupportAssist in onboarding and offboarding processesContribute to HR projects and initiatives tied to M&A activitiesPartner with HR leadership on employee engagement and communication initiativesWe look forward to receiving your resume
