FLEXOLOGIST STRETCHLAB

StretchLab is seeking personal trainers, massage therapists, dance / yoga / Pilates Instructors, Chiropractic / PT Aides - to join our team in our studio located in Issaquah Commons.

This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience in a new modality that is taking the fitness industry by storm. This is a part time position offering 15-25 hours of work / week.

POSITION

The ideal Flexologist will be primarily responsible for providing one-on-one assisted stretches to our clients. We are seeking a dynamic person with a background in physical therapy, sports medicine, sports massage, anatomy, kinesiology, personal training, group fitness, chiropractic medicine, and one-on-one client experience to join our team.

WHAT WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE?

• Massage Therapist
• Personal Trainer
• Physical Therapist
• Pilates or Yoga Instructor
• Strength & Conditioning Coach
• Corrective Exercise Specialist
• Dance Instructor
• Experience working in a fitness / health environment providing hands-on training with client
• Fitness certification required
• Bachelors / Masters / Doctorate Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, or Human Biomechanics
• Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
• Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy
• Highly energetic, positive and enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals
• Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies
• Must be available to go through our 3 day Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in-person / hands-on training
• This job may initially need you to travel to pop up locations around Issaquah to drive trials and conversions.

HOW DOES A DAY LOOK LIKE?

• Deliver one-on-one assisted customized stretch sessions as per the Stretch Lab Principles
• Understanding client’s needs and providing a stretch suited to their need
• Booking client’s weekly recurring appointments and owning your own Book of business
• Ensure safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules
• Updating client notes consistently and focus on building long-term relationship
• Maintain strong social media presence
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
• Handle member concerns when applicable
• Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed
• Clean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS :

• Stretch Pay - Starting $25 / hour
• Base Pay - Starting $16 / hour (We expect to have 80-90% utilisation)

We are very passionate about Health & Fitness, we have worked in the corporate world doing sales, marketing & consulting with a cumulative 30+yrs of experience.

We are young (at heart) entrepreneurs early in our journey and looking to build a team which is passionate about growing their career, contributing towards development of local community and believes in the cause of fitness and good health for all! We have franchise rights for 3 Studios in the East Suburbs of Greater Seattle.

Job Type : Part-time

Salary : From $26.00 per hour
