Small Group Practice owned by doctors that are still working in the chair, no DSO backing!!!

Compensation : Estimated up to $260,000 - $350,000+ annually (full-time) based on production days / uncapped earnings (20% collection shares with a $1,000 guaranteed daily rate in perpetuity)

Location : Hiring for various offices in the Greater Portland Metro Area, including Salem, OR

Hours : Offices are open Monday - Thursday 8 AM - 5 PM & Fridays 8 AM - 1 PM PST

Job Type : W-2 Position with Full-Time and Part-Time openings

Kids General Dentist Job Summary :

Join Acorn Dentistry for Kids, a locally owned group practice in Oregon dedicated to providing smiles to every child, regardless of insurance status.

We're seeking Kids General Dentists who are driven by purpose and eager to grow with our expanding practice, with potential ownership opportunities available.

Kids General Dentist Requirements :

Must have 2+ years post-graduation experience working with kids specifically in a family practice, pediatric practice, or similar practice

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

General Dentist State Licensure, with eligibility to obtain an Oregon State Dental License if currently out of state

Must pass a background check

Excellent clinical skills and the ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care to children

Believes every child deserves 5-star treatment, regardless of insurance (we accept Medicaid and no insurance as well)

Has a passion for what they do, never stopped believing in magic, and doesn’t mind being a little a-corny! (Get it?)
