Job description

A company is looking for a Leave Administration Unit Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and manage FMLA and other leave of absence requests

Assess eligibility, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance

Provide exceptional customer service and employee communication

Required Qualifications

Minimum education : High school diploma; Associate degree or certifications preferred

Experience with FMLA administration is beneficial

Knowledge of ADA accommodations and workers' compensation is a plus

Remote position with flexible hours (8-5 or 9-6); no after-hours requirement

Contract position for 6-12 months with potential for full-time conversion
