Your Responsibilities Will Include :

As a Blueline Armed Security Officer, you will be the primary on-site deterrent and safety presence.

Conducting thorough security patrols to deter unwanted behavior and ensure property protection.

Standing for extended periods (8-12 hours) to perform security duties at assigned posts.

Observing, reporting, and documenting all incidents accurately and promptly.

Maintaining detailed notes of events throughout your shift using a work phone.

Responding to emergency situations and contacting appropriate services when necessary.

Using our proprietary mobile application to clock in, clock out, and submit all reports.

What You'll Bring to Blueline :

We're looking for professional officers committed to integrity, excellence, and exceptional service.

Minimum of 2 years of verifiable security experience is required.

A currently active Maryland Handgun Permit / Wear and Carry Permit (required).

Must be able to obtain a Maryland Security Guard License (we provide the required training).

Clear and fluent English communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to write clear and concise reports.

Possession of a valid state Driver's License.

Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods (8-12 hours) during security duties.

Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and Motor Vehicle Record check.

Open availability and willingness to work a variety of shifts across different client locations in the Baltimore County area.
