This facility is seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity : Schedule : 9a-5p with 1 hour lunch; need Thursdays every other week Practice Setting : Outpatient Scope : Physical Medicine Credentialing Timeframe : 2 weeks State Licensure : Active State License Requirements : Provider must be experienced in the following procedures to be a qualified candidate for the job : cervical / lumbar facet injections, cervical / lumbar ESIs / tfesi injections, SI joint medial branch blocks, nerve root injections Facility Location The fourth largest city in Missouri, Independence is known as the "Queen City of the Trails."
