Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician

This facility is seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

Schedule : 2 weeks on 2 week off, flexible schedule for 4 to 5 days per week, 7 : 00am-3 : 00pm

Practice Setting : Outpatient

Credentialing Timeframe : 60 days

State Licensure : Wisconsin License or Interstate Medical Compact Licensure

Requirements : Board Certified, Active State License, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)and use of EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
