Role Overview :

We’re looking for ambitious new graduates who want to take on ownership early in their career. This is not a typical entry-level role—it’s a fast-paced, hands-on position where you’ll gain direct exposure to entrepreneurship, performance marketing, and creator partnerships.

You’ll be trained in our systems and frameworks, but you’ll also be trusted to set direction, experiment, and take responsibility for client outcomes. You’ll own accounts end to end—driving growth, solving problems, and learning how to operate like a founder.

This is an in-person role in DTLA, Los Angeles.

What You’ll Do :

As an Account Manager at Spotlight Media, you’ll learn by doing. You’ll combine execution with strategy to help our brands scale on TikTok Shop. Your responsibilities will include :

• TikTok Shop Management

Support product selection and positioning decisions.

Coordinate creator sampling and outreach campaigns.

Help design and run creator competitions or challenges.

Learn how and when to use Spark Ads and creative boosts.

Compensation Range : $60k – $80k
