About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Professional Services to take on a pivotal role as the Head of Delivery. This executive will be at the forefront of the company's next growth phase, responsible for spearheading the delivery function and ensuring successful customer outcomes, scalable operations, and financial performance. The role is both strategic and hands-on, with a focus on standardizing project delivery methodologies, managing the project portfolio, and leading a team of consultants, developers, and support staff. The ideal candidate will have a customer-first mindset, be calm and steady under pressure, and possess a strong background in project / program management and services operations.

Candidates for the VP of Professional Services position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a leadership role within professional services, consulting, or delivery, particularly in the ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software sectors. A proven track record in managing cross-functional teams, financial acumen, and experience with ERP systems is strongly preferred. The role requires a leader with excellent communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence across stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a collaborative and transparent partner, with a hands-on, builder mentality, and a passion for developing people and teams.
