Job Overview
The International Brand Standards Operations Platforms Specialist is responsible for maintaining and supporting the development of operations standards platforms across EMEA, LAC, and APAC regions, ensuring compliance with all our brands guidelines. This role manages the Operations Manual platforms for all brands (Burger King, Popeyes, Tim Hortons, Firehouse Subs), collaborates with regional and cross-functional teams, and ensures accuracy of content. Additionally, the analyst aligns Restaurant Excellence Visit (REV) guidebooks and logs with Operations Manuals, ensuring standards are consistently published and implemented across markets.
This is a fully remote job opportunity. The employment contract will be extended by a third-party company.
Your Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain and update the Operations Manual for all brands in collaboration with the Regions and cross functional teams.
Cooperate with internal stakeholders, Regional Operations, Field Operations, Training and Marketing innovation / culinary Teams.
Act as a subject matter expert on brand standards and provide guidance on best practices.
Work with the regions to manage restaurant exceptions and address and or escalate issues requiring customized solutions.
Map all regions REV guidebooks questions to the corresponding Ops manuals references.
Map all regions logs to be referenced in Operations manual.
Map all regions, all brand trainings to be referenced in Operations manuals.
Identify areas of improvement in restaurant processes, technology, and equipment to enhance efficiency.
Detect operational gaps in the Operations manual platform and work with the regions to resolve issues raised by RBI or Franchisees.
Support Regional Operations teams on priorities and action plans to achieve planned KPIs.
Support the implementation of Operation Platforms across international markets.
Your Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, Hospitality or a related field.
3+ years of experience in restaurant operations or similar role within hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of Quick Service Restaurant industry standards and best practices is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross functional teams.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives, working remotely.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and interpret operational data.
Ability to drive a culture of compliance, quality and operational excellence.
Fluency in English is required.
