Job : Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer – Energy Efficiency

Salary : $90K-$120K, depending on experience

Location : Greater Manchester, NH area

Duration : Permanent / Direct-Hire

We’re looking for a driven and technically skilled Project Manager or Sr. Project Engineer to join our client's office in Manchester, NH. This is a dynamic growth opportunity for an energy professional with hands-on experience in HVAC and building systems who’s ready to make a bigger impact in the energy efficiency space.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team of engineers working on cutting-edge energy-efficiency projects across commercial and industrial facilities throughout New England. What You’ll Do

• Conduct ASHRAE-level energy audits and site inspections to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Lead energy engineering studies, including HVAC system analysis, retro-commissioning, chiller plant optimization, and industrial process evaluations.
• Collect and analyze field data (e.g., air / water flow rates, loads, electrical usage) to validate opportunities.
• Develop scopes of work, coordinate with contractors, and prepare cost estimates.
• Present findings and recommendations to facility owners, operators, and other stakeholders.
• Travel within New England (10–30%) to client sites.
