Salary : $ 80,000- $ 95,000 + 1 Share of Stock per every $1 in Salary

Qualifications

• B.S. or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Material Science & Engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role overseeing fabrication of electronic ceramics or semiconductor materials in an industrial / manufacturing company
• Ideally this experience will be from Silicon chip, MEMS, or other sensor manufacturing industries
• Proven experience in complex electronic and / or sensor manufacturing, with standalone ability to conduct problem solving and continuous improvement projects in their area of responsibility
• Experienced operating in an ISO 9001 quality management system - e.g
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable leading or working in teams
• Data driven with proven background in using data analysis using advanced Excel or SAS JMP
• Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
